Rows.

• If you look at the left side of the workbook you will see the rows listed down the side of the screen, starting with row 1, which is the first row.  Try clicking on the number 3 row heading and as you will see this will select the entire row.
  
  
  

• Click on any cell within the worksheet, to deselect the row.
